Resumen
A partir de la idea de que el modelo brasileño de relaciones laborales es legislado, lo que significa que la ley desempeña un papel central en la dinámica del conflicto laboral y en la regulación del mercado de trabajo, este texto reconstruye, a grandes rasgos, los principales momentos de las relaciones de clase en Brasil. Con ese propósito se muestran las transformaciones en las relaciones entre las organizaciones del capital y el trabajo asà como en su conexión con los partidos
polÃticos y con el Estado.

Abstract
The Union: interestÂ’s representation, political capital action and work in Brazil. This paper reconstructs, in broad stroke as from the idea that the Brazilian model of labor relationships is legislated, which means that the law plays a central role within the routine of the labor conflict and the regulation of the labor market, the principal moments of the class relationships in Brazil. With this purpose the transformations
in the relationships between the capital organizations and the work, are showed as well as in its connection with the political parties and the State.
